フリーズした、強制終了した、などの報告の際には以下の方法でご利用のPCの状態を明記して下さい。
1、スタートメニューから「ファイル名を指定して実行」をクリック
2、dxdiag と打ち込んでOKをクリック
3、DirectX診断ツールが立ち上がりますので、右下にある「情報をすべて保存(S)」をクリック
4、保存先を聞かれるので、そのまま「保存(S)」をクリック
5、デスクトップにdxdiagというテキストファイルが作られるので、メモ帳などで開く
6、「System Information」と「Display Devices」の部分をコピーして、報告する際に文頭にペーストして下さい。
